Designed by Michael Graves and completed in 1995, this Postmodern icon is famous for its massive central rotunda (The Drum), its colorful limestone and copper facade, and its playful, castle-like silhouette. A landmark of Civic Center Park, it combines classical grandeur with a bold 1990s pop-art sensibility, making it one of the most unique public buildings in the American West.
